Adriana Rodriguez Irizarry is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Social Worker who provides culturally responsive, trauma-informed care to adolescents and adults. She holds a Master of Social Work from Northern Kentucky University and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Carlos Albizu University.
Adriana brings extensive experience supporting immigrants, refugees, survivors of trauma, and individuals navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and stress. Her professional background spans mental health counseling, child welfare, human trafficking services, and individual supervision. She has served in leadership roles with non-profit organizations and previously provided psychotherapy services focused on the Latino/Hispanic and LGBTQIA+ communities.
Adriana's approach integrates evidence-based interventions with empathy, collaboration, and respect for each client's unique experiences and cultural identity. She believes healing occurs when individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered to build on their strengths. Her goal is to create a safe and supportive therapeutic space where clients can explore challenges, foster resilience, and achieve meaningful personal growth. In addition to her clinical work and leadership roles, Adriana has served as an adjunct psychology professor and has presented research on childhood trauma and mental health at professional conferences.

Outside of her professional work, Adriana values spending quality time with her fiancé and embracing the outdoors. She is a devoted cat mom to Cinnamon and Ellie, who bring joy and companionship to her everyday life. On weekends, Adriana and her fiancé Robert enjoy exploring nature together, often hiking in Red River Gorge and Hocking Hills. She finds happiness in discovering new views, staying active, and creating meaningful memories with the people and pets she loves the most. Whether she's enjoying a peaceful hike, relaxing with her cats, or spending time with her fiancé, Adriana appreciates the balance and fulfillment found in life's simple moments.
