A Little About My Journey & Approach
Healing happens in relationship — with ourselves, with others, and in the safe, judgment-free space we create together in therapy. My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by a deep understanding that we all need support, connection, and someone who truly sees us, no matter what we're carrying or where we are in our journey.
I bring warmth, curiosity, and genuine care to every session because you deserve more than just a clinician who listens. You deserve someone who is fully present, deeply invested in your growth, and committed to walking alongside you every step of the way. Whether we meet in person or through telehealth, my approach is grounded in evidence-based care, tailored to who you are and what you need most.

My goal is simple: to create a space where you feel safe enough to explore, brave enough to heal, and empowered enough to grow. Whatever you're facing anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, trauma, relationship struggles, or simply the weight of everyday life, there is a place for you here. You don't have to have it all figured out to take the first step. You just have to show up, and we'll do the rest together.
My Passion
Outside of the therapy room, I am a passionate photographer with a deep love for family and portrait photography. For me, picking up a camera is more than a hobby, it is how I slow down, become fully present, and find stillness in the beautiful chaos of everyday life. I also cherish time spent with my family and friends.
