Emma Trevino is a Clinical Counseling qualyfing therapist at Sukoon Psychotherapy and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wright State University. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati. Emma has experience supporting children, adolescents, and families through her work with Butler County Children Services and Montgomery County Children Services, as well as serving as a counselor at Steamboat Adaptive Recreational Sports. These experiences have shaped her passion for working with individuals navigating a wide range of emotional and life challenges.
Emma takes a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy. She believes that meaningful change happens when clients feel safe, understood, and supported through their unique experiences. Her style is collaborative and flexible, allowing each client’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals to guide the therapeutic process. Emma focuses on helping clients build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and develop practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, and everyday challenges. She is committed to creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to grow, heal, and make meaningful progress at their own pace.

Outside of her clinical work, Emma enjoys staying active in her community. She coaches youth club volleyball and participates in a recreational sand volleyball league. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring new places through travel.
