Juliette Marcello is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who provides thoughtful, evidence-based medication management for adults ages 18–65 across Ohio. She is Perinatal Mental Health Certified and has a special interest in supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, mood disorders, and the emotional challenges that can arise during major life transitions. She also works closely with individuals experiencing health-related anxiety and concerns about medications, offering a calm and informed space to explore these concerns.

Her approach to care is collaborative, conservative, and highly personalized. Juliette prioritizes thoughtful prescribing and works closely with each client to ensure they feel informed, comfortable, and actively involved in their treatment decisions. She believes that medication, when used appropriately, can be a valuable tool in helping individuals reconnect with themselves and regain a sense of balance.

Known for her warm and approachable style, Juliette is passionate about helping clients feel understood and less alone in their experiences. She strives to create a supportive environment where individuals can recognize their strengths, reduce self-judgment, and move toward feeling like themselves again.

She currently offers telehealth appointments throughout Ohio and plans to offer in-person services in the Cincinnati area in the near future. Juliette is in-network with most commercial insurance plans and also offers self-pay options.
